All Level Vinyasa
This level is right for you if you are ready for and want more flow in your practice and want to burn calories. Here is where you work to develop the strength in your upper body to practice fun arm balances and inversions, and more stamina to do longer headstands and shoulder stands.
Discover more ways to bend backward, explore lotus, deep twists and get sweaty in a heated asana practice. Previous yoga experience is strongly recommended.
