YOGA has changed my life and I am truly blessed to be able to share this experience with others! I have been practicing for 7 years and began teaching in 2011, after being certified by Yoga South 200hr YA.
I believe we practice physical Asana to quiet the monkey mind, and thereby learn how to settle, go inward and discover our own personal truth. My intention is to bring this moving meditation into class, combining movement and breath for a personal practice.
